  • What should I do before my lash extension appointment?
Please remove any eye makeup or products and thoroughly wash your eyes with oil free wash or with water and keep it clean for the procedure. Oily skin and lashes will make it hard for the adhesive to stick and last long.
  • Do you offer walk-ins or will I need to make an appointment?
In order to proceed with any services, we require that you book an appointment online through our booking app. However, we allow clients to book up to the minute of each available time slot with no waiting period.
  • Some bookings are 2 hours or more. Does it really take that long to complete a set of lashes?
We take great pride in our customer service and specialized work. In order to provide you with beautiful lashes, we try to be as efficient as possible but also spend the time to be careful and detailed.
  • Can I choose how my lashes will look like?
Yes. Before the procedure, we will go over the types of lashes available, the style you are interested in, and what they look like. Looks range from natural to voluminous.
  • What type of adhesive do you use and how long does it last?
We use Black Adhesive Eyelash Extension Glue from Lash Galore. It is rated for 7-8+ week retention with increased water-resistance. However, performance and results may vary from person to person, and even if the glue lasts that long, your eyelashes will not look good after more than 3 weeks. We may occasionally change the glue for special purposes or without notice, so please ask if you are concerned.
  • What types of eyelash extensions do you offer?
We offer classic, hybrid, volume, and mega volume eyelash extensions. When you come in for service, we will discuss types, length, and styles of lashes.
  • How long do your eyelash extensions last?
Typical lash extensions should be retouched and refilled in about 2-3 weeks. How long your lash extensions last depends on how you take care of them and how fast your natural lashes grow.
  • How can I take care of my eyelash extensions?
Please refer to our Lash Aftercare instructions.
  • What happens if I want to have my eyelash extensions removed?
You may make an appointment to have the lashes removed. We will apply a gel remover to the lashes, wait for it to dissolve the adhesive, and then clean and wash your eyelashes. The process will take about 30 minutes to complete.
  • What are lash infills and why do you need them?
After about 2-3 weeks, as your natural lashes grow and shed (just like your hair), you will notice gaps in your lashes and they will no longer look full as they once were during the initial lash appointment. In addition, new lashes will grow out as well. During an infill, certain lash extensions will be removed and replaced, and new ones will be added to new growth that is long enough to hold extensions.
  • I have had bad extensions done elsewhere. Can I get them fixed, refilled, or redone?
Generally, you will at least be able to get them removed, but we will need to see what kind of damage, if any, has occurred. If your natural lashes are damaged, you have allergic reactions and irritation, or there is too much glue fusing many lashes together, we may need to remove your lash extensions and allow your eyes and natural lashes to heal before proceeding with new lashes.
  • What if I get eyelash extensions but just don’t like them?
If you don’t like your lashes for any reason, we will gladly remove them for free. However, you will still be responsible for the appointment service charge.
